Shipping & Returns

If your shipping cost is £2.60 then this will be sent via royal mail (2nd class).  Anything above this will be sent via collect plus courier.  The courier cost includes compensation for upto £50 but does not include signature on delivery.  If your order is above £50 then an additional £3 is automaticaly charged to cover your parcel in the event of it getting lost in transit.

Our instock items will normally be shipped in 1-3 working days.    The only exception to this is the woolly items which need to be lanolised.  These we aim to ship within 5 working days it just depends how long they take to dry as I do not hurry the drying process so as to avoid felting!   Custom items (woollies/nappies/dyed fabric) are normally ready in 1-2 weeks (excluding lanolising) if there is any delay to this I will let you know soon after you place your order.  We ship using royal mail and collect plus.  Shipping prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel.  If for any reason the postal charges are at least £1 less than the price charged then we will refund the difference on request.  Please note that if you order multiple items and some of these are customs then we will hold the rest of your items to be all sent at one time unless you specify differently.  If you need some items more urgently please let us know.

We only ship within Europe, I apologise for this but it is due to insurance reasons.  Due to the huge increases in Royal Mail charges we have had to remove this as a shipping option.  If you would like to place an order for shipping within europe, please either complete your order and choose store pick up as shipping option.  We will then send you a shipping invoice.  Or, send an email to us suzanne@lushtush.co.uk with a list of the items you wish and we will give you a shipping quote.


We want you to be happy  with your items, if this is not the case please drop us an email explaining why you are not happy and return them to us within 14 days of receipt and in an unwashed and unused condition where upon we will issue a full refund or a store credit. When returning items please include a note of your name and address within the parcel so that we know who they came from. Please also ensure your returns are well packaged and that you include a return address on the outside of the parcel. We also recommend getting a certificate of postage for all parcels.  We are sorry but we cannot refund the cost of returning items to us.
